No. We do not offer basic or rush cleaning. Every service includes a thorough, detail-focused approach to ensure your home is properly cleaned and maintained.
4. Is the first cleaning different from recurring cleanings?
Yes.
Your first visit is always a Deep or Initial Clean. This allows us to bring your home up to our maintenance standard. After that, we can transition you to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring service.

6. Do you require a deposit?
es. A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

8. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide secure access instructions. We’re happy to clean while you’re away.

Yes. We bring all professional-grade supplies and equipment unless you request otherwise.

Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Absolutely. Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
